36th Annual Panama City Oktoberfest Weekend

PANAMA CITY, FL –Don your best lederhosen or dirndls and join Destination Panama City and the City of Panama City for the 36th Annual Oktoberfest at Downtown Panama City, where Bavarian traditions meet local charm in an unforgettable celebration! 
 
 The weekend kicks off on Friday, September 27, with the Downtown Panama City Volksmarch from 6-10pm. Enjoy a diverse selection of craft beers and traditional German fare as you embark on a festive journey through charming pubs and eateries. This event promises a vibrant atmosphere where locals and visitors alike come together to embrace the joyous spirit of Oktoberfest. Be sure to get your event passport stamped at each stop on the Volksmarch for a chance to win an exclusive Oktoberfest prize basket! While there is no admission cost for the Volksmarch, food and beverage options will be available for purchase at a variety of participating establishments.
 
 On Saturday, September 28th 3-9pm, Downtown Panama City will transform into an Oktoberfest extravaganza. Harrison Avenue will come alive with traditional festivities, including live music, a costume contest, and a thrilling stein hoisting contest to test your strength and endurance. The Main Stage will be located on the Panama City Center for the Arts lawn, located at 19 E 4th St. This festive event promises something for everyone, from an energetic atmosphere filled with music and entertainment to vendors serving delectable German cuisine, delicious treats, and offering a variety of unique crafts and products.
