24-46 West Linger Longer Road Sediment Reduction Project

BAY COUNTY, FL - The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the W Linger Longer Rd Stabilization Project. The project will include the stabilization of 1.71 miles of roadway with open grade asphaltic concrete pavement. Vendor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to complete the project.

The project will consist of earthwork, erosion control, open grade asphaltic concrete pavement, asphaltic concrete pavement, stabilized shoulders, signing and marking, and drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches/swales, cross drains, concrete and sand-cement endwalls, a storm manhole and storm pipes.

The project may be reimbursed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Agreement NF087. Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and EPA. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 6.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am (CDT), Tuesday, June 18, 2024 in the Public Works Conference Room, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2400, Panama City, FL 32401.

BID DEADLINE/DELIVERY

ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER BIDS for ITB NO: 24-46 West Linger Longer Road Sediment Reduction Project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CDT) Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
