Applications Open Through May 31 for Summer 2026 World Changers Neighborhood Improvement Program

The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is reminding residents that applications for the Summer 2026 World Changers Neighborhood Improvement Program are now open and will be accepted through May 31, 2026. Homeowners in the Downtown North and Millville CRA districts who meet eligibility criteria must complete the application to be considered for this year’s free exterior home‑repair projects.

As many of you covered earlier this year during the renovation of Ms. Irma Harrison’s home, World Changers volunteers and the CRA have partnered for ten years to provide essential exterior improvements to qualifying homeowners at no cost. We would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this reminder so eligible homeowners do not miss the upcoming deadline.
