OPINION: Remove Four Vaccines From Childhood Vaccine Schedule

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL – A public workshop was conducted earlier this month on behalf of the Florida Department of Health regarding the proposed revisions to rule 64D-3.046 Florida Administrative Code, which outlines immunization requirements for entry into public and non-public schools, preschool through grade 12 and adult education classes.

One change would allow parents or guardians of children to elect to have their child's information excluded from Florida Shots, as may a college or university student who obtains a vaccination from a college or university health center or clinic.

Changes to DH 15615 Immunization Guidelines for Florida Schools, Child Care Facilities and Family Daycare Homes, Section 2A, the requirement for Hepatitis B, Varicella and Haemophilus influenza B, or Hib, vaccines are removed from the rule for admission to a public and non-public school, K through 12, and public and non-public pre-K. There are similar changes removing the three vaccines as well as pneumococcal conjugate vaccine for admission to a licensed daycare facility or family daycare home. These requirements are in Rule 64D-3 only and do not exist in current Florida statutes. 

The clarification on religious exemptions removes language that prohibits a religious exemption for personal or philosophical reasons. 

The final updated form is the form that is required for admission to school, the certificate of immunization, that reflects the removal of the four vaccines discussed as well.

During 2 hours of public comment: approximately 53 people spoke, with about 22 individuals speaking in favor of the changes, as outlined below.

1.    SUPPORT TO REMOVE FOUR VACCINES: Testimony was given offering full support to the removal of the four vaccines from the childhood vaccine schedule. In addition, full support was given for proposed 2026 legislative changes that remove compelled vaccination.

2.    SUPPORT FOR DR. LADAPO: Support was given for the efforts of Dr. Ladapo, who is one of the first who has focused on looking in hindsight and doing current new research on issues such as myocarditis from COVID that the CDC suppressed. 

3.    PARENTAL RIGHTS, NOT GOVERNMENTAL RIGHTS: Parents are guardians, caregivers and keepers of their children and are the only authorities charged with the task of deciding medical intervention for a child. Not government, not industry. Medical choice and medical freedom in all ways is a God-given and sovereign human right. Parents should have the ultimate authority over their children, which requires parental choice, not coercion. Parents with intact parental rights should not lose their children to DCF for refusal of vaccines and other medical treatments.

4.    ELIMINATE MANDATES: It is not the role of the government to mandate a procedure that can cause injury and death. There should not be mandates.

Mandates are against our conscientious God-given beliefs. The unelected bureaucracy demands that parents treat their children, and if they don't accept recommendations, treat the parents as if they are ignorant. COVID caused a tremendous loss of credibility to the Department of Health, the CDC and the medical establishment. 

No product should be forced, especially injectables. Vaccines are not the same as seat belts. 

People should not have to opt out of something mandated. It should not be mandated in the first place.

It is unacceptable for the government to require that a parent inject their child with something that has not been tested fully in order to send the child to school.

5.    STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS: Either the products work and you stand behind them and their efficacy, or you should not offer them for sale.

6.    MEDICAL FREEDOM: People are demanding medical freedom, freedom to choose to have or not have a drug, injection or treatment. Every child is different and every medical risk profile is different so parents must have the right to ask questions and make informed decisions. Every vaccine that is injected into a child is unacceptable if they don't want it. Mandates are antithetical to free choice. Exemptions must be freely given to parents.

You must let the individual decide if they want to be vaccinated or not, instead of sacrificing the whole population of this state by forced injections.

7.    NO DISCRIMINATION: It is discriminatory to only allow a religious exemption and not allow an exemption for personal or philosophical reasons because some people are without religious ties.

8.    NO PERMISSION SLIPS: You should not have to get a religious or personal objection permission slip from the government to be able to exercise your freedom. The right to choose is a God-given inalienable right. We do not have to beg the government for our freedom. We should never have to ask the government for permission to not do a medical intervention. 

9.    INFORMED CONSENT: Many people were not and are still not given informed consent prior to injections. They were not told that an injection was optional or were coerced into receiving it or allowing a child to receive it. They were not told that there were no proper safety studies on the injections or components in injections such as injected aluminum in infants. 

Package inserts (for informed consent) are not given to people before injecting a vaccine. The default setting should be freedom, not forced chemical vaccine injections that violate the basic principles of liberty in the land of the free, the home of the brave, in the free State of Florida. 

10.  VACCINE HARM: Vaccines are not “safe and effective.” There are long-term side effects. An injection or drug cannot be called safe and effective if it has not had the double-blind placebo clinical trial testing.

Speakers at the workshop gave personal testimony about: (1) a son who was injured by the hepatitis B vaccine that he received at just five hours old, even though mother and child were hep B negative; (2) a person with a permanent vaccine injury as a child, by a childhood vaccine, that left her permanently deaf as a result; (3) a daughter who had a reaction when she received an MMR vaccine and woke up with 107 degree fever then was rushed to the emergency room. The doctors refused to even consider it might have been the MMR shot that caused the fever so did a lot of ineffective treatments; (4) two relatives who vaccinated their children who are now non-verbal; (5) another vaccine-injured child; (6) two children who were given a vaccine both developed autoimmune arthritis and the mother, after a flu vaccine, who developed stiff person syndrome; (7) There are between 48,000 and 90,000 adverse events are reported to VAERS each year for the hepatitis vaccine.

RFK indicated that the number of cases of autism in children increased over 20 years from 1 case in 1,000 children to 34 cases in 1,000 children.

Children become immediately sick after baby well visits at which they are vaccinated. In 2020, infant mortality rate dropped due to a reduced number of baby well visits at which they would have been vaccinated.

If you look at all four versions of the Pneumococcal vaccine, you will find an increased incidence of hospitalization and death for those who had it.

The MMR vaccine has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential or impairment of fertility. 

The body was never meant to have a vaccine such as the MMR injected, with three diseases at once, and to have to fight off those three diseases simultaneously. Giving an MMR or any multiple vaccines injection in a day or within a 30-day period, assuming they were safe to start with, accounts to attempted murder.

If a product is safe and effective and a miracle worker, it should not need a marketing campaign, a marketing blitz, immunity for those that build it, an incentive for those who inject it and a mandate to force it on people. 

Remember the 1950s and thalidomide, that was supposed to be safe and effective. It took 11 years to realize that it caused an epidemic.

Tobacco companies once marketed cigarettes with medicinal benefits, claiming their products cured ailments like asthma, coughs, bad breath, often using doctors and ads to promote some brands as ‘less irritating’ or ‘even healthier choices’, a tactic that continued into the mid-20th century before scientific evidence linked smoking to severe health risks completely reversing public perception.

11.  CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: Pediatricians and others have a conflict of interest when recommending injections. They are paid and receive incentives to vaccinate.

12.  OUTRAGEOUS PROFITS: The American Pharmaceutical Review in 2024 showed that the pharmaceutical companies are valued about $78 billion in this country and they do not want to lose the income from mandated vaccines that most kids get.

If vaccines are so good and help humanity so much, they should be free for all. 

13.  LIABILITY FREE: These mandated products are liability-free, so you can't sue the manufacturer for injury. Mandating an injection amounts to mandating potential injury by a product without proper double-blind placebo testing or proper informed consent to parents or the recipient of the vaccine. 

14.  IMPROVED HEALTH NOT ONLY FROM VACCINES: Many people around the country got indoor plumbing in the 60s. Some people try to claim that improved health is a result of all of the vaccines being given. However, we can not attribute all the disease improvement to only vaccines without taking in the entire scope of the other things that were happening in the 60s. 

15.  EFFECTS OF VACCINE INJURY ON SCHOOLS: Due to a high rate of vaccine injury, schools must handle the resulting behavioral and learning disabilities of children. 

16.  INGREDIENTS UNKNOWN: Parents don't know the ingredients in vaccines.

Page four of the package insert list the ingredients in the hepatitis B vaccine as: (1) a hepatitis B antigen produced with DNA technology in yeast cells; (2) aluminum; (3) sodium fluoride; (4) phosphate buffers which cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and distension; (5) formaldehyde and; (6) latex. Hepatitis B vaccine was not tested against an inert placebo. The vaccine was tested for 5 days before it was approved. 147 healthy children were in that study. 

17.  CRIMINAL OFFENSES: Merck and its subsidiaries have been found guilty of 90 criminal offenses. Merck paid $10.71 billion in fines for being caught committing crimes. The company with that criminal record is peddling a one size fits all liability free product that may or may not stop transmission that contains neurotoxins that was only tested for five days with no placebo and that injures tens of thousands of children's per year should be mandated for children who are not remotely at risk for the disease you are purporting to prevent.

18.  NEED DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO STUDIES: There have not been enough studies of chronic diseases or conditions from children that are vaccinated versus unvaccinated. 

There were about seven basic vaccines in the early 50s. But now there are 81 injections and none of them have had any sort of placebo trials for efficacy versus adverse effects.

19.  OTHER COMMENTS: Those at risk for hepatitis B infection are people who share needles or have promiscuous sex. The hepatitis B vaccine is not guaranteed to stop transmission. 

A group of about 260 physicians who are virologists, physicians with a parallel attorney group, look at all data that's presented, even in hindsight, vet it and then spread the conclusions to people that we connect with, primarily in the Health Freedom Movement, but also medical physicians as well.

Political theater has no place in medicine.
