Make A Joyful Noise, My Friends!

Another year draws to a close, twenty twenty-five.
And Christmas day is just next week, can’t wait till it arrives!
Our weather’s cold, our hearts are warm with family and with cheer,
And Christmas carols sung this night will last throughout the year.
‘Tis the season to be jolly, as the music flows,
And ‘tis the season to give thanks as all good Christians know.
Christ our Lord was born this day, to save us from our sins;
He’s taken on our sins, our woes, and bids us enter in,
To be with Him, to learn from Him, that service is our job.
To bring to pass immortal life, Eternity with God.
To have our family also there, to be with them, again,
In love and joy and happiness, the dear Christ enters in.
On Christmas Day we’ll celebrate the wonder of his birth.
We’ll gather round the Christmas Tree exchanging gifts of worth.
A beautiful tradition, endowed by eastern Kings,
In joy we feel the happiness the gift of giving brings.
So, make a joyful noise, my friends,
Praise peace on earth good will to men!
Let all good folk on earth proclaim
May God be with you on Christmas Day!
Merry Christmas!
