Clint Mizell Named Capital City Bank President Of Bay County

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL – Capital City Bank has named Clint Mizell president of Bay County. In this role, Mizell will provide strategic leadership across the Bank’s three local offices, strengthening community relationships and guiding the delivery of Capital City Bank products and services throughout the region.

An accomplished career banker and Bay County native, Mizell has more than 24 years of experience in banking and financial services and a strong track record of leadership in the area. For the past eight years, he has served as market president for another local financial institution and brings deep expertise in commercial banking and commercial lending, including working with local businesses seeking small business loans, a business line of credit or other forms of business lending to support growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University.

Mizell demonstrates the Capital City Bank commitment to community, serving on the board of directors for the Bay County Chamber of Commerce and as an active member of the Rotary Club of Panama City, where he previously served as president. His past community involvement includes chairing the Bay Economic Development Alliance, serving on the Downtown Improvement Board and participating in the Downtown Community Redevelopment agency.

Mizell and his wife, Ashley, reside in Bay County with their two children and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, hunting and golfing with family and friends.
