Panama City Beach, Fl. — For families visiting Panama City Beach for tournaments at Publix Sports Park, there’s a hidden gem just minutes away that’s changing the game for travel ball lodging: The Park @ PCB.

Located on the east end of the beach, The Park @ PCB is designed with sports families in mind. “It’s less than five minutes from our door to the ball fields,” said Kristine Stith, the owner and host. “Our goal is to accommodate families closer to the park, not the west end near Pier Park or the high-rise condos.”

Rather than catering to snowbirds or traditional beachgoers, The Park @ PCB focuses on what athletic families really need: comfort, convenience, and proximity. “We don’t advertise for the beach. We’re not a beach rental,” Kristine said. “We’re for sports families.”

Before launching the rental, Kristine reached out directly to families and coaches to ask what would make their stay easier. “I took their responses to heart,” she explained. “Parents asked for wagons, stadium chairs, and rechargeable fans, all the things that make travel ball life simpler.”

Understanding that families often bring along younger siblings, Kristine designed the home for flexibility. “Proximity means convenience,” she said. “If there’s a rain delay or nap time, families can easily go back, recharge, and return without stress.”

Inside, every detail reflects that family-first mindset. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with checkers, cornhole, and arcade games, creating a fun hangout for players after long days on the field. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, giving guests their own space to unwind. A full laundry setup, stocked with detergent and bleach, ensures uniforms and beach towels are always game-ready.

While The Park @ PCB is listed on Airbnb, Kristine emphasizes that it’s more than just a rental. It’s a home base built by someone who understands what traveling teams need. They want people to know the East End has accommodations, too, and that when you stay at The Park @ PCB, you’re not only close to the action, but also taken care of.
