PANAMA CITY, FL – Aspiring developers and community-minded entrepreneurs are invited to attend the Small-Scale Development Workshop hosted by the Incremental Development Alliance. This full-day event will take place on Friday, November 14th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Community Center, located at 722 E. 9th Court, Panama City, FL 32401.
Designed for individuals looking to take their first steps in small-scale real estate development, the workshop offers a big-picture view of development strategies that build community wealth through incremental, neighborhood-based projects.
 Participants will learn how to:
·         Identify a good development opportunity
·         Navigate zoning and building codes
·         Understand key financing tools and strategies
·         Build a financial pro forma
·         Select the right site or building
·         Pitch a project to banks or investors
·         Take a project from idea to execution

$150 - Early Bird Rate - open until October 24, 2025.
