Tram Road Permanently Closed From Star Avenue To Clifford Chester Sims State Veterans Nursing Home

PANAMA CITY, FL – A portion of Tram Road, from County Road (C.R.) 2315 (Star Avenue) to just east of the Clifford Chester Sims Veterans Nursing Home, will be closed permanently beginning on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025.

Drivers on C.R. 2315 (Star Avenue) requiring access to Clifford Chester Sims Veterans Nursing Home may detour by turning west onto the new State Road (S.R.) 370 (Gulf Coast Parkway) and then turning right onto U.S. 98 (Tyndall Parkway), then right onto Tram Road. Advanced warning signs and traffic control devices will assist in directing motorists through the area.
