BAY COUNTY, FL - Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corp. (SSMC) is pleased to announce that we’ve officially acquired SCR Surveying & Mapping, Inc., a highly respected surveying and civil engineering firm with deep roots in Florida’s Panhandle since 1983.  (Located at 3109 Minnesota Avenue Suite 120, Panama City, FL) 

This strategic acquisition strengthens SSMC’s presence across the state while honoring the family-driven legacy built by SCR founders Skip and Brenda Rutherford. The SCR team brings over four decades of trusted experience in land surveying, mapping, and civil support services — now backed by SSMC’s statewide resources and infrastructure.
