Barging Into the 21st Century: A Presentation by Capt. Ric Corley

PANAMA CITY, FL - On Monday, April 28, at 6 p.m., Capt. Ric Corley will present “Barging Into the 21st Century” at Bay County Public Library, 898 W. 11th St. The program includes a short film, followed by a discussion and Q&A on the intracoastal canal and barge traffic.
Capt. Corley, semi-retired from Capt. Tom Corley and Son Marine Surveyors, is a certified and accredited marine surveyor, certified marine investigator, and expert witness.
Hosted by the Historical Society of Bay County, this event is free and open to the public.
