Panama City Beach Challenges Bidders to Ace the Frank Brown Park Tennis Court Rehab!

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL - The City of Panama City Beach is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of four tennis courts at Frank Brown Park. This significant project aims to revitalize the tennis facilities, ensuring they meet all required safety standards and provide a high-quality recreational experience for residents and visitors.

Qualified bidders capable of providing the necessary services and products in accordance with the solicitation's specifications are invited to submit their bids. The replacement equipment must be new, of current manufacture, and comply with all State and Federal Safety Standards in effect at the time of delivery. Any items listed in the manufacturer's regular published specifications provided by the bidder are presumed to be included in the bid proposal.

All bids must be received by Monday, December 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM CDT. At this time, all bids will be publicly opened and read. To ensure a clear understanding of the project's requirements, a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 1:00 PM CDT at the City of Panama City Beach City Hall, located at 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida. Following the pre-bid meeting, a site visit at Frank Brown Park will be conducted.
